FUTURE HUSKIES GRADES 6-7-8 BOYS AND GIRLS MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLING MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLING IS A SPORT AT Harmony and Oxford!! YOU WILL BE COACHED BY THE WRESTLING STAFF OF Blue Valley Northwest High School. THE ATHLETES WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE BASICS OF WRESTLING AND COMPETE AGAINST OTHER LOCAL MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAMS. DURING PRACTICE BOYS WILL PRACTICE WITH BOYS AND WRESTLE BOYS AT THE MEETS. DURING PRACTICE GIRLS WILL PRACTICE WITH GIRLS AND WRESTLE GIRLS AT THE MEETS. THE PRACTICES WILL LAST AN HOUR. What do I wear to the practices?Wear t-shirt and shorts, no cut off shirts please. You do not have to buy any wrestling shoes. You can practice in socks or normal shoes. We have loaner wrestling shoes but limited numbers and sizes. Wrestling shoes are cheap and be purchased at any sporting goods store. Ear protection will be provided if requested. Mouth guards are required if you have braces and only recommended for others but not required. · Where are the practices held? Sessions will be held in the Blue Valley Northwest Wrestling Room, please meet in the front commons and we will have a coach there to show you where the room is. · How do I sign up for the team? Please sign up for the team using the QR Code below. Please fill the google form out completely. · Cost? The cost is FREE!! PRIOR WRESTLING EXPERIENCE NOT NEEDED OR REQUIRED!
